How We Work
Our Code of Conduct
The Conscience Collective brings together a new generation of healthcare leaders who believe in driving impact through integrity, innovation, and compassion. As part of this community, mentors and mentees commit to a shared standard of leadership—one that’s grounded in purpose, professionalism, and a deep responsibility to expand access to healthcare, especially in underserved settings.
We expect all participants to engage with clarity, respect, and accountability. This includes maintaining professional boundaries, safeguarding confidentiality, championing inclusive collaboration, and holding space for diverse perspectives. Whether you’re sharing expertise or receiving it, this is a space for mutual growth and values-driven leadership.
By joining the programme, you’re connecting with a global network committed to advancing ethical, sustainable change in healthcare.
