Holding a biology degree and a master’s in public health, Olivia bridges human potential and health innovation. She holds the record for the largest wave kitesurfed at Jaws, Hawaii, and has led 25+ global media campaigns. With a social media following of 70,000+, she builds international brand partnerships and uses storytelling to drive impact at the intersection of sport, media, and purpose.

Holly Butcher is a philanthropic strategist with 20+ years of leading transformational change across the charity, public, and private sectors. She has raised hundreds of millions for bold initiatives in health, education, sustainability, the arts, and heritage—building start-ups, turning around failing organisations, and scaling systemic impact. In 2012, she led a landmark £300M campaign to build a world-leading clinical rehabilitation centre for the UK—with just two on her team. Now, through her consultancy, The Unlimited Law, she advises philanthropists and mission-driven organisations on high-impact giving, capital campaigns, and catalytic funding strategies that put people and long-term change at the centre.

Rani Nagra has built a career in the third sector with a strong track record of turning strategy into action. She has supported complex capital campaigns, managed grant-making foundations, and advised high-net-worth families on effective philanthropy. Currently a Senior Associate at The Unlimited Law, she guides philanthropists and mission-driven organisations on high-impact giving and funding strategies for long-term change.
